2. Payment and Refunds

Reading Refund Policy:
Readings are interpretive in nature, and no guarantees can be made regarding predictions.
You may submit a refund request by emailing support@answeraltar.com within 60 days of the date of the reading. Requests should include the time and date of the reading, along with the reason(s) for the request. Refunds may be issued in part, in full, or declined at our discretion. Refunds may be provided either as account credit or by reversing the original payment.
To prevent abuse, refund eligibility applies once per service. If you have previously been issued a refund for a reading, any subsequent readings from the same service are not eligible for a refund.
3. Digital Services
All readings, reports, and related content are digital and delivered electronically. We make every effort to present our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device’s display will reflect true colors or formatting. We may, at our discretion, modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
4. Accuracy and Availability
